GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?

• Yes, but subject to the following conditions
• Crew change is allowed for both on and offsigners. Crew must have a contract that proves their employment in order to join/ leave the vessel. Hotels are fully operational for seafarers.
• Off signers DOESN’T need to have valid RT-PCR test issued within 24hrs before offsigning.
