GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew change permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions.
• All on-signers must apply and obtain travel authorization prior to boarding the flight to Jamaica, airlines will not allow crew to board without such authorization.
• Log on to jamcovid19.moh.gov.jm and click on immigration;
• Enter your email address. A onetime password (OTP) will be sent to your email to authenticate your account;
• Fill in crew personal information requested: Name, DOB, Passport, Location, etc.;
• Answer the health questions;
• Provide the home quarantine assessment information;
• Provide consent to a series of declarations.
• After a review of the application, authorities may request you to provide any missing information or additional information for the consideration of the application.
• After authorization is given, use it to make the travel arrangements and keep a printed and electronic copy for check in, crew will not be able to board without it. Before boarding, crew will have to fill out the immigration and customs declaration online at enterjamaica.com.
