Port Restrictions
- Agents need full details on the crew members, hence a copy of their passport and seamans book, including Schengen visa status.
- If crew is holder(s) of valid Schengen visa, we need copy of that as well.
- Immigration require minimum 24 hrs notice for procurement of our crew change application and transfer handling, within their opening hours.
- Danish immigration opening hours are Mon-Friday between 10.00hrs and 14.00hrs.
- For crew arriving during weekend or Mondays, we must apply latest Thursday at 14.00 hrs in order to get Danish immigration approval.
- Immigration only allow for crew members to stay 5 days in transit in Denmark (including arrival and departure day)before joining/leaving - longer transit stays will be rejected by immigration authority.
- Immigrations are strict on maintaining their deadlines, please pay attention to this.
- Nearest airport is Aalborg (AAL), crew in need of transit visa must fly via Copenhagen (CPH) or Billund (BLL) and then directly to/from a non Schengen country.
- Hotel can be arranged either in Skagen or Aalborg, with respect to only local PCR-test facility being placed in Aalborg.
