- Without a visa
- Since May 1st 2014 it has been possible for joining crew to arrive without a visa,provided they are pre-cleared by the Dan-ish Immigration.
- In order to obtain pre-clearance and give OK to board we need the same informa- tion as above and full flight details, a completed Application for Transfer permit
- (request from Agent), a completed Transferlist (request from Agent), and we need to receive all documents no later than 5 days prior to boarding the first flight, by 08:00 a.m, in order to provide the OKTB Letter in time.
- For week-ends / Monday & Tuesday travellers, we need to apply with the Danish Immigration by Wednesday...
