Port Restrictions
- For Crew Change
- We require all details of crew change 3 days prior vessels arrival in order to apply for all relevant clearance/permissions accordingly.
- Crew are permitted to stay in the country up to and not exceeding 7 days, in the event of having to wait for vessels arrival or flights.
- Please note that all valid seamen, of all nationalities, can embark / disembark vessel at South African ports.
- Please note that members must have valid rank and their names are to be reflected in the Ships Articles / Crew List (arrival crew list to reflect off-signers names and departure crew list to reflect on-signers names).
- Further, they should be in possession of valid passport with a minimum of 4 clean pages as well as a seamans book.
- On signing crew members
- Negative COVID-19 (PCR) test result not older than 72 hours from the time of departure
- Daily medical screening tool (Attached and must be completed for past 14 days)
- Entry Traveller Health Questionnaire - (Attached)
- Valid Passport and seamans book copies.
