Port Restrictions
- On and off-signers need to have valid US visas to enter/depart from the US. No restrictions on nationalities. USCBP requires off-signer information and flight details in advance in order to vet off-signing crew members. Please give off-signer information in advance in order to allow for enough time to avoid any issues with USCBP processing.
- USCBP Boston will not allow any individuals to off-sign without a valid visa.
- Details (name/rank/DOB/passport#) for joining and off-signing crew will need to be submitted to the local CBP office for review and approval prior to vessel arrival.

- PCR test requirements. No port requirement. Airlines will likely have specific requirements.
- Crew changes on the weekend are permitted however, advance notice will be required to ensure a duty officer is available to process the crew
Flight Restrictions
- Passengers entering or transiting through the USA must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 15 days (day of vaccination + 14 days) before arrival. Passenger details (e.g., name and date of birth) in the certificate must match those stated in the passport/travel document. Vaccines accepted are

A combination of these vaccines is accepted if administered at least 17 days apart.
