GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew Change permitted?
• Yes
• Crew change allowed for all nationalities. No restrictions for vessels and a crew if all control measures and prevention rules applied (no symptoms of illness, PPE recommended by WHO).
• The airport is open however, flights are still limited.
• Shore leave permitted?
• No
• Any other restrictions due to COVID - 19?
• On/off-signers must wear face mask, face shield, hand gloves and carry small hand sanitizers
• Airlines may require a negative COVID-19 test result prior to boarding. Please confirm with your airline beforehand

• Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 test upon arrival at their own expense and self-isolation at their own expense until they receive a negative test result, if they do not have
• a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac and Sputnik V; or
• a negative COVID-19 NAAT or RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test certificate must have a QR code.
• This does not apply to passengers younger than 13 years.
