TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• With immediate effect all ships arriving in Trinidad and Tobago waters must submit the supporting documents requested under the Single Electronic Window e-maritime module as per arrival/departure habour master requirements to the maritime services division of the ministry of works and transport. This submission is required 72 hours prior to arrival of the ship.
• Supporting documents
• All vessels including pleasure craft and fishing vessels
• Certificate of registry (valid)
• Vessel's last 10 ports of call (stamped departure clearance and dates are required)
• Crew/passenger list (stamped by customs and excise)
• Crew members/passengers who have signed on the the vessel within the 21 days and their respective places of origin
• Declaration of health (signed by master and countersigned by the ship's surgeon, where applicable)
• Vessels over 500 gross tons
• Ship pre-arrival information of last ports call (attached stamped departure clearance from the ports)
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew change permitted?
• Yes but subject to approval from the government.
