Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
Shore to ship deliveries can be arranged as long as there is no human contact on board. Ship to shore off-landing of spares and other items are allowed. Master and crew should coordinate for documentation without physical contact.
Technician attendance is allowed but technicians are subject to Sanitary officers control at seaport and foreigner technicians should take PCR test before they arrive in Turkey. There are also terminal COVID-19 restrictions such as compulsory PPE, PCR test negative or HES code (health code) requirements during on board attendance.
For more information, please contact our local port agent.
