GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• Vessels coming from any infected countries as advised by WHO must submit the required documents to port quarantine at least 24 hours prior to vessel arrival.
• The documents are as follows
• Information of conveyance arriving Thailand (T.1)
• Marine information of health (T.2)
• Marine Declaration of Health (T.3)
• Last 10 ports of call
• Questionnaire for Dangerous Communicable Diseases screening
• Crew List
• Master and crew body temperature record at least 7 days prior to arrival Thailand
• Other additional documents as requested.
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew Change permitted?
• Yes but subject to the following conditions.
• Maptaphut port, Sriracha tanker terminal and Bangkok tanker terminal do not permit crew change.
• Visas are required (according to nationality/country requirements)
• The Thailand pass and QR code are required before travel
• Starting from 1 November 2021 onwards, quarantine period is as follows;- 1 day quarantine at AQ hotel in Thailand, for foreigners in the 63 countries listed below. They must be fully vaccinated, at least 14 days before entering Thailand.
