Port Restrictions
GENERAL
- Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
- Owners, agents and masters of vessels must ensure that all operations (e.g. cargo operations, bunkering, ship’s supplies and stores, and other marine services) are carried out contactless or contactless with segregation protocol.
- Contactless operation means no boarding of the vessel by any person other than MPA-licensed harbour pilots, authorised government officers, and persons approved by the Port Master of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.
- Contactless operation with segregation protocol means that enhanced safe management measures must be implemented to minimise interaction between the vessel’s crew and shore-based personnel.
- Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?

- Yes, but subject to the following conditions.
- With effect from 1 Apr 2022, fully vaccinated sign on and off crew can enter Singapore under the Vaccinated Travel Framework as Short-Term Visitor. Flight Restrictions
- Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated passengers must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 2 days before the day of departure from the first embarkation point. Tests accepted are: LAMP, NAAT, NA-PCR, PCR, rapid antigen, rapid PCR and RT-PCR. Self-administered rapid antigen tests remotely supervised by a provider in Singapore are also accepted. If passengers have transited for more than 24 hours before arriving in Singapore, the negative test must be taken at most 2 days before the day of departure of the last direct flight to Singapore.
- The test result must
- be in English; and
- include the date the test was taken; and
- include a minimum of 2 personal identifiers as stated in the passport (i.e. name and either date of birth or passport number).

- This does not apply to
- passengers born on or after 1 January 2010;
