Port Restrictions
- Please find following information for crew change.
- Crew change at Al-Jubail subject to the ships movement / ship stay / ship berthing at Jubail.
- Crew change at Al-Jubail anchorage is not permitted/allowed.
- It is not possible/allowed to obtain permission/clear immigration with documents in advance from concern authorities.
- We cannot delay vsl for sailing / vsl cannot await at jetty for crew sign-off.
- Crew must be leave the country Saudi Arabia within 2 days (date wise) once out fm vsl.
- Crew change during the weekend (Friday/Saturday local weekend) not possible / Saudi Immigrations offices closed.
- Crew change at Al-Jubail subject to Saudi Immigrations permission. It is all depend on them.
- PCR is not required, if required at destination port then we shall arrange PCR Test and cost is USD 125/crew.
- Note: Immigration officer available during day time form 1000-1500Hrs only in this period if possible we will arrange.
- Following are the regulations for Joining / Leaving as a crew.
- All Crew Signing Off must possess valid Passport and Seaman Book.
- Crew must arrive / depart Dammam (DMM) thru King Fahad Int'l Airport, Dammam (DMM) only. Arrival/departure thru another Airports/Saudi-Bahrain causeway is not allowed.

Flight Restrictions
- Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in Iran are not allowed to enter.
- Passengers with a visit visa must have medical insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses.
- Passengers traveling to perform Umrah must have
- medical insurance; and
- a confirmed return ticket.
