- Under our Guarantee Visa on Arrival will be issued for on signers and off signers will be disembarked from vsl under our guarantee.
- On signer requirements copy of passport / Seaman book / E ticket / OKTB (will be provided from end)
- Off signer requirements copy of passport / seaman book / letter of request from master for crew change addressing to Port authorities/safe manning cert.
- Immigration timings
- Sign-on & Sign-off can only be done during weekdays (Sun-Thurs) between 0900-2100 Hrs as per immigration timings.
- Suitable time for off signers to travel from nearest airport considering time required to clear the immigration & travel time during Weekdays between 0900-2100 Hrs for sign off immigration process / if air ticket for next day we could arrange hotel stay for off signer.

Flight Restrictions
- Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in Iran are not allowed to enter.
- Passengers with a visit visa must have medical insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses.
- Passengers traveling to perform Umrah must have
- medical insurance; and
- a confirmed return ticket.
