GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• No. IATF temporarily suspended the restriction and classification of countries with covid cases.
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew Change permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions.
• Ports allowed by Port Authorities for crew change activities as of September

• Subic Bay Anchorage
• Sta Clara Batangas Anchorage
• Port Capinpin Bataan Anchorage
• Talisay Cebu Anchorage
• Sta Ana Davao Anchorage

• Filipino seafarers are allowed to sign-on and sign-off to/from foreign ships on the above allowed anchorages.
• Foreign crew are allowed to sign-on but requires approval from all port authorities due to strict regulations hence non-guarantee. Green Lane Policy to be applied for approved Foreign Sign On Crew.
• Disembarkation of foreign crew is not allowed until 9C Visaed Crew List is presented to port authorities.
• For Filipino / Foreign visitors to board ship ie surveyors, technicians, inspectors – subject to port authorities’ approval.

• Passengers are subject to a rapid antigen test upon arrival.
• This does not apply to
• passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 15 days before departure from the first embarkation point. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Convidecia (CanSinoBio), Covishield, Covaxin, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac;
• passengers with a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
• The above exemptions also apply to their accompanying minors younger than 15 years.
• Passengers must register at https://onehealthpass.com.ph/OHP-NEW-DESIGN/Register.html at most 3 days before arrival. This will generate a 'One Health Pass/eARRIVAL CARD' registration which must be presented at time of check-in and upon arrival.
• Unaccompanied nationals of the Philippines younger than 4 years must have prior coordination by the airline with the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ).
• Suspension of all visa on arrival facilities.
