Flight Restrictions
- Passengers are subject to a rapid antigen test upon arrival.
- This does not apply to
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 15 days before departure from the first embarkation point. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Convidecia (CanSinoBio), Covishield, Covaxin, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac;
- passengers with a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
- The above exemptions also apply to their accompanying minors younger than 15 years.
- Passengers must register at https://onehealthpass.com.ph/OHP-NEW-DESIGN/Register.html at most 3 days before arrival. This will generate a 'One Health Pass/eARRIVAL CARD' registration which must be presented at time of check-in and upon arrival.
- Unaccompanied nationals of the Philippines younger than 4 years must have prior coordination by the airline with the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ).
