Port Restrictions
- Crew change genreal requirement for Panama canal.
- Note that local Health Authority suspended covid restrictions for all travelers including seafarers.
- Please see below requirements to take in consideration
- On signers for visa application
- Copy of passport and seaman book (only the section with the photo ID and renewal page if applicable).
- If the vessel is registered under the Panama Flag, copy of Panamanian booklet or CT.
- Copy of the Certificate of Capacity (COC) for officers, COP for ratings, For cadet university certificate and BT certificate.
- Consent letter (only for Russian joiners).
- Seafarer contract signed and stamped by both the crew and the company.
- Full flights details and e-ticket. Also, could be a draft itinerary.
- Off signers documentation
- Copy of the passport and seaman book (only the section with the photo ID and renewal page if applicable).
- Copy of the U.S.A. visa (in case flight will make a stopover in United States) (legible).
- Full flight detail and e-ticket from Panamá to homeland.
- From the ship (Master), we need the following
- Maritime Health Declaration letter signed and stamped by Master.
- IMO Arrival crew list signed and stamped by Master.
- Last ten port calls list signed and stamped by Master.
