• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• Master shall notify relevant authorities of cases of illness indicative of an infectious disease or evidence of a public health risk on board, in accordance with the Norwegian IHR-Regulations https://lovdata.no/dokument/SF/forskrift/2007-12-21-1573?q=ihr.
• – If crew has been ashore or has had contact with by outside/shore personnel, they will need to undergo a 10-day quarantine starting from last contact or until they are free from COVID-19 symptoms.
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew change permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions
• People are permitted to enter Norway but may be refused at the border if they fail to comply with the requirements concerning registration and testing.
• Persons arriving in Norway must complete a registration form prior to entry, cf. section 5b of the COVID-19 Regulations.
• The travelers may be registered 72 hours before entry at the earliest.

• Seafarers on their way to or from active service are exempt from the requirement to present a negative test prior to entry into Norway.
