Need to get vessel charterer permission in advance if the vessel requested to be shifted to the anchorage after complete operation if the crew change formalities clearance unable to done within Port Authority time frame.
Need to get vessel owner approval for the costing of anchorage charges, pilotage, launch boat for the movements of the crew to/from the anchorage and etc if crew changes need to carry out at anchorage.
