Port Restrictions
- NO owners activity allowed at berth and crew changes is only allowed at anchorage either prior vessel goes alongside berth or upon vessel departs from berth ( Subj vessel is cleared by charterers agent prior to attend crew change formalities) .
- Formalities to deal with local port immigration only during below hours- From 0800hrs till 1630hrs(Weekdays)
- Regards to subject matter and official notice by Government, effective 1st April 2022, Malaysia has entered Endemic Phase of the COVID 19.
- Kindly note as per the new regulation there is NO QUARANTINE for both ON SIGNER & OFF SIGNER.(Excl Chinese Offsigners)
- For Bangladesh Crew, Immigration LG can only be obtain after vessel berth at port and cleared by Immigration.
- For China Crew, Transit pass will be given for maximum of 30 days (depends on flight ticket).
- ONSIGNERS
- Immigration officers at the entrance (e.g. KLIA Airport) will endorse a Transit Pass for three (3) days to the crew entering Malaysia for the purpose of SIGN-ON.
- We can arrange RTK / PCR Test before Crew onboard the vessel ( upon request ), result within 12-24 hours.
