GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• Permits for the entry of merchant ships from any port in India must comply with the following
• All crew are NOT allowed to disembark
• II) Cargo management procedures ONLY involve port employees
• iii) All navigators who bring the ship to the pier MUST wear appropriate PPE and practice physical imprisonment
• Ships with travel records from India in the last 14 days
• MUST be given the status and the ship must follow the following procedures set by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH)
• ii) Change of crew is not allowed EXCEPT for crew members who are Malaysian citizens
• Malaysian crew citizens who have a travel record from India or from a country where there is VOC transmission (determined by the MOH) within the last 14 days, are ALLOWED to sign-off after undergoing mandatory quarantine procedure at the quarantine Station for 14 days.
• Any ships that have departed or transited within the past 14 days from any countries that have been declared at risk by Minister of Health Malaysia (MOH), shall be put in quarantine status upon arrival at Malaysian port and have to...
