GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• Master must declare that conditions of all crew members on board 72 hours before arrival.
• If all are healthy, he must continue to report at 48, 24 and 12 hours before arrival
• If someone on board shows any symptoms of illness the Master must declare this and send updates every 12 hours.
• Vessel must send a list of last 10 ports visited 48 hours before arrival.
• Health officials may require the free pratique to take place in anchorage area and may require crew to have masks and gloves.
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew change permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions.
• Temperature checks and security measures must be adhered to during transfer and protection of the crew members
• Avoid contact with outside personnel.
• All formalities have to be arranged with port authorities only from Monday to Friday: 0900 hrs to 1300hrs with 48/24 hrs in advance
• All crewmembers have to hold valid USA visa, passport, and SB
• PCR negative test (no more than 72 hrs)
