- Quarantine requirements
- All joiners shall remain at isolation in the hotel for 3 days after their arrival to La Paz, after that they will take a PCR test, if negative they will be allowed to board the vessel.
- On signers required documents
- Negative COVID-19 Test. Of Origin
- Body temperature control sheet for morning and night and symptoms of 7 days before enrollment signed by the company and the crew member (free format)
- Medical certificate stating that they do not present or have presented symptoms related to COVID-19.
- Letter of commitment from the shipowner where they take responsibility for the health of the crew and in protest of telling the truth about the temperature and symptoms record. Said letter should be addressed to: Dr. Alfredo Ojeda Garmendia and Dr. Mauricio Bernal Hernandez, International Health of La Paz Department of Epidemiological Risks. (free letter)
