- For the on-signers
- · It is very important to advice the joiner he must be documented as "Crew" and NOT as "Business visitor" or "Tourist" or "Transmigrant"; this documentation is done once he arrives at Mexico City airport before having his luggage. Otherwise the will be unable to join the vessel. Please instruct the on-signers to request the Mexican immigration format (FMM) for 180 days validity.
- · Remember to have and to show to the immigration officer (on his arrival in Mexico) the following valid documents
- Passport;
- Seaman Book
- ·PCR test of each crewmember issued by any certified medical institution, no longer than 15 prior embarking date.
- · Please provide us copy of passport, seaman book for the proper arrangements at port.
- · Once we receive the documents and corresponding flight schedule, we will revert with Guarantee Letter (LOG) if needed. Kindly note in Mexico there is not "OKTB figure".
- For the off-signers
- ·Please only send copies of passport and seaman book. And flight schedules when are available.
- ·If the crewmembers have booked flights through the USA, they will need a USA valid Visa.
