• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• The following documents must be sent at least 10 days prior to vessel’s arrival in Aqaba
• Ship’s itinerary over the last 30 days
• List of last 10 ports visited
• Crew List with embarking ports.
• Passenger List with embarking port.
• If crew change occurred, a list with date, time, and place with reason for the crew change.
• Report any case of infections onboard and at which port it was reported/discovered.
• Report any suspected case of COVID-19 infection onboard and details of isolation measures taken.
• Ship’s Doctor/Ship’s Command to present a declaration that there are no infected or suspected cases onboard.
• Crew’s temperature check over the last 7 days.
• The arrival notice must be sent at least 30 days prior to vessel’s ETA into Aqaba.

• Crew should obtain a certificate of vaccination with full doses.

• Passengers must complete a "Declaration Form" before departure at https://www.gateway2jordan.gov.jo . This will generate a QR code which must be presented before boarding and upon arrival.
• This does not apply to
• nationals of Jordan, their spouses and children;
• passengers with "The Palestinian Authority" passports or cards traveling to West Bank and arriving from Ukraine.
