Port Restrictions

- For Foreign National On- Signers - VISA requirement
- Valid Transit Visa with special remark TO JOIN MT AT PORT SIKKA will be required which may be obtained at Indian Embassy at respective country of Crew.
- After arrival in India, crew need to Embark vessel within 72 hours, as Transit Visa will be valid for 72 hours only after arrival.
- For On-Signers (Indian and Foreigner)
- The Covid Restrictions are removed, however require the fully vaccinated certificates for the Joiners to embark the vessels.
- The RTPCR test is not mandatory.
- For Off-Signers (Indian and Foreigners)
- (Foreign Nationality) - Upon disembarkation, the immigration authorities will issue a TLP (Temporary Landing Permit) which is valid for 72 hrs however can be extended up to 1-month subject to approval from authorities. This TLP can work as a short time Visa for the off-signers within which he will have to fly to his hometown from India.
- (Foreign Nationality) - The Owners / Managers have to mandatorily book a confirmed air passage for the crew and submit details in advance, only on the basis of confirm air ticket the necessary permission for off signing is granted by immigration authorities.
