GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• To reduce the risk of transmission of Omicron, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on 30 November 2021 has issued guidelines for international arrivals
• All concerned are required to ensure strict implementation of MoHFW's travel advisory for international arrival.

• All concerned are required to maintain strict vigilance to ensure the Omicron variant does not enter India via sea routes.

Also, all stakeholders are advised to closely monitor WHO, MollFW & IMO websites on regular basis & be guided with the updated guidelines issued from time to time by the aforesaid organizations.
