Following documents pertaining to on & off signers required for obtaining crew change permission at Port Mumbai
·Passport (on & off signer)
·Seaman Book (on & off signer)
·E-migrant copy (Indian on signer)
·COVID test report of test done at Mumbai (For on signer validity 72 hours till boarding)
·Medical certificate from DG approved doctor (Indian on signer)
·Health Declaration duly filled / signed / stamped by Master & Owners (For off signer)
·Health Declaration stamped / duly filled / signed / stamped by Owners (For on signer)
Port requirements

·Crew change will be carried out when vessel along-side berth.
· On signers COVID test will be done at Mumbai prior joining as per Mumbai Port Authorities requirement (Validity 72 hours at the time of joining the vessel).
·Off signers need to disembark and reach shore before 1600 hrs. PHO authority will not be available after 1600 hrs for Screening.
·COVID test will be conducted & off signers can repatriate after negative test results are received / after getting clearance from health authorities.
