Port Restrictions
GENERAL
- Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
- All vessels arriving to port are considered high risk and crew on board will not be allowed to leave the vessel to go to the dock.
- Health report must be sent to Ministry of Health 48 hours before arrival and 12 hours before arrival and vessel must receive approval.
- Vessel must send the body temperature report of all crew members 12 hours before arrival
- All crew must remain in the room during the operation apart from one person who is assigned as contact person to liaise with the port and agent. He must wear a surgical mask and rubber gloves to prevent infection
- Vessel must clean the bridge and elevator areas one hour before pilot arrives.

- Crew change can be done in Israel only if vessel call one of Israel ports for operation purpose (discharging/loading).
- Crew change must be approved by the Israeli government in advance before arrival to Israel and disembarkation in Israel.

Flight Restrictions
- Passengers are not allowed to transit through Israel.
- Until 8 October 2022, passengers must complete an "Entry Statement" form at most 10 days before departure of the last direct flight to Israel at https://corona.health.gov.il/en/flights/ and present it upon arrival.
- Passengers must have health insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses.
- This does not apply to
- nationals of Israel;
- residents of Israel with an A1-A5 or B1 visa;
- passengers who have started their journey in Ukraine.
