GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• A vessel may arrive without having the 14days quarantine in any port in Indonesia after doing crew change at the last port.
• Master is requested to update health screening (temperature reading) for all crew on board.
• Please input at maritime declaration health / MDH how many crew has on board at the last port, some ports may require antigen test at anchorage, this will finish approx. within 1-2 hours only.
• If the inspection has resulted finding Covid19 infected crew, vessel will be quarantined, and risk factor management will be done according to SOP.
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew Change permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions.
• E-Visa application has been temporarily suspended for citizens of South Africa, Botswana, Hong Kong, Angola, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Eswatini, and Lesotho.
• Crew change is available with vessel formalities only. Without formality clearance (clearance in & out), or cargo operation, crew change is not allowed.

• Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. The certificate must be issued in both English and a local language of the country where passengers were vaccinated.
• This does not apply to
• nationals of Indonesia;
• passengers younger than 18 years;
• passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate stating that they are no longer contagious with COVID-19;
• passengers with a medical certificate stating that the COVID-19 vaccine cannot be administered due to medical reasons;
• passengers with a diplomatic or service visa and an invitation letter issued by an Indonesian Ministry under the Travel Corridor Arrangement (TCA).
• Airline crew must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. The certificate must be issued in both English and a local language of the country where the airline crew was vaccinated.
• This does not apply to airline crew transiting without disembarking the aircraft.
• Passengers could be subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival.
• Passengers must download the "Pedulilindungi" mobile app before departure.
