Roatan (HNRTB) — Port Crew Change Guide

GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• No restriction for vessels however the measure of restriction of entry to the country continues, by any route and means of transport to non-resident citizens and / or tourists from the United Kingdom and South Africa, extending this measure to citizens who have remained in South America in the last 15 days.
• Crew change permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions. - Offsigners must take an antigen test prior to disembarking. - Onsigners must send PCR-RT test not older than 72hrs prior their arrival to honduras.
• Shore leave permitted?
• No
• Any other restrictions due to COVID - 19?

• Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. Tests accepted are: antigen, ELISA and PCR.
• This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated.
• A completed "immigration pre-check" must be submitted before departure at https://prechequeo.inm.gob.hn/ or upon arrival.
