GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew Change permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions.
• For crew staying for less than 5 days stay in Guam, they will not need to undergo quarantine or testing if they originate from low-risk area.
• For crew that stay for more than 5 days in Guam, they will need to take the test 5 days prior to arrival in Guam or on the 5th day after arrival, they will need to self-quarantine for 14 days. If arriving from low-risk area, crew must have a negative test report within 5 days prior to arrival, or be tested on the 5th day and adhere to daily symptom monitoring, social distancing, face covering and hand-washing etiquette for up to 14 days or departure from Guam. If arriving from a Non-Low risk area, must have negative test 5 days prior to arrival, and must self-quarantine up to 14 days or until departure from Guam.

• Passengers entering or transiting through Guam must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 15 days (day of vaccination + 14 days) before arrival. Passenger details (e.g., name and date of birth) in the certificate must match those stated in the passport/travel document. Vaccines accepted are
• AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), CanSinoBIO (Convidecia), Covaxin, Covishield, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP) and Sinovac. A combination of these vaccines is accepted if administered at least 17 days apart. • This does not apply to
• passengers arriving from Northern Mariana Isl. or the USA;
• nationals of the USA;
• residents of the USA;
• passengers younger than 18;
• passengers with an immigrant visa;
• passengers with the following visas: A-1, A-2, C-2, C-3 (as a foreign government official or immediate family member of an official), E-1 (as an employee of TECRO or TECO or the employee's immediate family members), G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, NATO-1 through NATO-4, or NATO-6 (or seeking to enter as a nonimmigrant in one of those NATO classifications);
