Malabo (GQSSG) — Port Crew Change Guide

GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• All trade vessels calling local ports will be required to submit list of previous 10 port calls as well as crew list and other documents.
• Vessels will be cleared at anchorage and screening will be done
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew Change permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions.
• For Onsigners
• The passengers arriving to EG need to present a negative PCR test with a validity of 48 hours from boarding
• EG will conduct rapid test on board prior disembarkation from the plane
• On signers will need to surrender original passport to airport Immigration chief
• Wait for designated hotel for 5 days quarantine ; reservation should be done previously, there is overbooking.
• In the hotel at 4th day, EG will conduct SWAB TEST
• 5th day of quarantine - release of swab test but note passenger need to pay the swab test first.

• Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
• Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated.
• This does not apply to passengers younger than 18 years.
