Yes but subject to the following conditions.
Vaccination against Covid-19 remains mandatory for all individuals, Djiboutian nationals and foreigners over 18 years of age, resident on the national territory and this in accordance with the national directives issued in this matter.
Health control system at the borders. For arriving travelers, authorization to enter the national territory is subject to the following conditions
