• Yes, but subject to the following conditions.
• Low risk countries: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saba, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin, Sint Maarten, St. Eustatius, St Vincent & Grenadines, Turks and Caicos. Travellers coming from the low-risk countries will need to take these two actions before departing
• If required, complete the digital immigration card online prior to departure at https://dicardcuracao.com/portal
• Within 48 hours before departure, digitally complete the Passenger Location Card (PLC) at https://dicardcuracao.com/portal
• Travellers coming from the high-risk countries or regions need to take these three mandatory steps before departure
• If required, complete the digital immigration card online prior to departure at https://dicardcuracao.com/portal
• Within 48 hours prior to departure, complete the digital Passenger Locator Card (PLC) at https://dicardcuracao.com/portal
