Port Restrictions
GENERAL
- Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
- All vessel masters must provide the current status of crew’s health and body temperature together with the daily ETA reports.
- The maritime health declaration must be sent 96, 48, 24, 12 and 3 hours prior to arrival.
- The daily COVID-19 report must contain the master’s health statement.
- The master must continue to report the crew’s health and body temperature while the vessel is at anchorage awaiting free pratique.
- Doctor will go on board in case any irregularity is found on documents required • As per new regulation, local maritime authority will only grant free pratique at berth.

Flight Restrictions
- A "Check Mig" form must be submitted at most 72 hours before departure at https://apps.migracioncolombia.gov.co/pre-registro/public/preregistro.jsf
- Passengers and airline crew must have
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure; or
- a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure; or
- a negative COVID-19 antigen test result issued at most 48 hours before departure.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 18 years.
