GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• All vessel masters must provide the current status of crew’s health and body temperature together with the daily ETA reports.
• The maritime health declaration must be sent 96, 48, 24, 12 and 3 hours prior to arrival.
• The daily COVID-19 report must contain the master’s health statement.
• The master must continue to report the crew’s health and body temperature while the vessel is at anchorage awaiting free pratique.
• Doctor will go on board in case any irregularity is found on documents required • As per new regulation, local maritime authority will only grant free pratique at berth.
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew Change permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions
• Vaccination is compulsory
• Crew change is permitted but restricted in the following ports: AFFIRMATIVE
• Cartagena crew change is permitted – direct flights to Cartagena ONLY – no lay over in any other Colombian city (restricted nationalities only)

• A "Check Mig" form must be submitted at most 72 hours before departure at https://apps.migracioncolombia.gov.co/pre-registro/public/preregistro.jsf
• Passengers and airline crew must have
• a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure; or
• a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure; or
• a negative COVID-19 antigen test result issued at most 48 hours before departure.
• This does not apply to passengers younger than 18 years.
