GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• All trade vessels calling local ports will be requested to submit the list of previous 10 port calls as well as crew list specifying each sign-on date and health maritime declaration.
• Vessels will be cleared at berth by health before receiving the green light to proceed with usual inward clearance alongside
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew change permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions.
• All international travellers from Cameroon must register on the below COVID -19 Platform link ( http://www.drspl.net/voyageurs) 3days before actual travel date.
• Once travelers details are provided on this platform as request , a matricule number will be generated automatically with which traveller will present before the PCR test is done without which he cannot be tested.
• Shore leave permitted?
• Any other restrictions due to COVID - 19?
• Air France will resume limited passenger service 1 flights per week until 30th June 2020. Departing passengers must have a negative COVID-19 test result. Arriving passengers must spend 2 weeks in quarantine. Aside from Air France...

• The following passengers are allowed to enter
• nationals and residents of Cameroon;
• passengers with a visa.
• Passengers must have
• a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated; or
• a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 days before departure from the first embarkation point.
• This does not apply to passengers younger than 5 years.
• Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 rapid antigen test upon arrival.
