GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• Berthing is allowed subject to authorization/ decision by Health Authorities after presentation of full set of documents and examination of crew health’s condition, including body temperature check. If everything is found in order vessel will receive free pratique
• Health inspectors are first to board the vessel for a detailed inspection and temperature measure of crew and passengers.
• Vessel agents shall receive instructions prohibiting the crew to disembark the vessel and/ or limit any human contacts with crew and passengers on board minimum 14 days from the last voyage originating from any of high risk considered territories
• The instructions shall bear prescriptions of how the loading-discharging operations should be done, under minimal human contact and with mandatory PPE protection
• The instructions /prescriptions must be duly relayed to Captain/ crew and all authorities concerned
• Measures should be inserted in field “Remarks” in the Government vessel electronic clearance system
